2,658 of our patients were impacted by a CyberSecurity Breach on one of our Business Associates. We were able to send letters to all but 135 of our patients who were impacted. We were only unable to notify those patients for whom we do not have a valid mailing or e-mail address. If we have a valid mail or e-mail address for you, you would have received a letter from either Hill Country or CaptureRx if your information was impacted.
